Tanzanian tour operator Jackpot Safaris has reinforced its reputation as one of the country’s leading tourism companies after earning an ‘Excellent’ rating from 1,000 travellers on the global travel platform TripAdvisor.
The milestone highlights the company’s sustained commitment to exceptional customer service, professionalism, and memorable travel experiences that continue earning the confidence of international visitors.
In a congratulatory message, TripAdvisor stated: “Bravo! Jackpot Safaris rated Excellent by 1,000 travelers.”
The recognition places Jackpot Safaris among a select group of tour operators whose consistently high service standards have earned outstanding reviews from travellers worldwide.
Receiving the recognition, Jackpot Safaris founder and Managing Director Andrew Malalika dedicated the achievement to the clients who entrusted the company with their African adventures.

“No words can express the way I am feeling today. I simply worked with my clients and offered them the very best I could.
“I never imagined I was creating unforgettable memories for them. Thank you for your recognition. Your appreciation motivates me more than ever to continue delivering exceptional experiences,” Mr Malalika said.
Founded in 2004 and headquartered in Arusha, Jackpot Safaris has built a strong reputation for delivering personalised, safe, and authentic safari experiences.
The locally owned company has grown into one of Tanzania’s respected destination management companies, welcoming visitors from Europe, North America, Asia, and other parts of the world.
The company’s client-centred approach focuses on personalised itinerary planning, experienced professional guides, quality accommodation, reliable transport, and responsive customer service from the first enquiry through to the end of each journey.

Its portfolio includes luxury and mid-range wildlife safaris, budget camping adventures, Mount Kilimanjaro climbing expeditions, Zanzibar beach holidays, cultural tourism programmes, photographic safaris, and tailor-made tours across Tanzania’s iconic national parks.
The latest achievement builds on a record of consistent international recognition.
Over the years, Jackpot Safaris has received several TripAdvisor honours, including the prestigious Travellers’ Choice Awards and the Certificate of Excellence, reflecting sustained service quality rather than a one-off accomplishment.
Industry experts say online reviews have become one of the most influential factors shaping travellers’ decisions, making endorsements from 1,000 independent visitors particularly significant.
Such recognition reinforces confidence in Tanzania’s ability to offer tourism services that meet world-class standards.

Mr Malalika said every satisfied visitor contributes to promoting the country’s tourism industry.
“Every satisfied visitor becomes an ambassador for Tanzania’s tourism brand by sharing authentic experiences that inspire others to choose the country for their next holiday,” he said.
The recognition comes as Tanzania’s tourism industry continues posting strong growth.
According to the Bank of Tanzania, the country received 2.29 million international visitors in 2025, up 7.1 per cent from the previous year.
Domestic tourism also grew by 13.1 per cent to 3.64 million travellers, bringing the total number of visitors to more than 5.9 million.

Tourism earnings reached U.S.$4.41 billion during the year, reaffirming the sector’s role as one of Tanzania’s leading sources of foreign exchange, employment, and broad-based economic growth.
Home to globally renowned attractions such as Serengeti, Tarangire, Ruaha, Kilimanjaro, and Nyerere national parks as well as Ngorongoro Conservation Area and the beaches of Zanzibar, Tanzania continues strengthening its position as one of Africa’s premier tourism destinations.
As the country seeks to expand its share of the global tourism market, companies such as Jackpot Safaris are demonstrating that exceptional service, professionalism, and genuine hospitality remain the foundations of customer satisfaction, positive reviews, and repeat business.
For Mr Malalika and his team, recognition from 1,000 travellers represents more than another milestone.
It is a testament to more than two decades of dedication to creating exceptional safari experiences and exceeding clients’ expectations, one journey at a time.
